Jantar Mantar · July 2026

We are the youth
of this nation.
We will not go home.

A Gen-Z youth movement to fix the accountability of this government.

The moment

They thought we'd stay down.

On July 20, we marched from Jantar Mantar toward Parliament. Delhi Police answered with lathis and tear gas. Delhi Police reports to the Union Home Ministry.

They thought brutality would send us home. We were back the next day. We are here again today.

Non-negotiable

We demand

01

Amit Shah must resign. Delhi Police brutally assaulted and lathi-charged students, and Delhi Police falls under his Home Ministry.

02

Dharmendra Pradhan must resign — for the paper leaks, for failing an entire generation.

03

The Prime Minister must come forward and apologise to the students this government has failed.

How we fight

Their violence. Our discipline.

This is the movement of a nation's young. We will not answer their violence with violence. We stand strong, non-violently, and we push for accountability. Power is what lets them keep this violence going.

Stay vigilant

We've all seen it — pickpocketing and phone thefts have suddenly spiked at the venue. Anti-social elements will try to provoke us and start violence to scare people away from the protest.

Don't take the bait. Identify them, stay disciplined, keep it peaceful.

Stay the course

No half-victories.

Some familiar faces will suddenly say the government is listening, that ministers have given assurances, that it's time to go home. Don't fall for it.

We stick to our demands — and we stay until they're met. That resolve is exactly what makes it too costly for anyone to turn the police on us again.
